Theatre

Queers

Since 2003, I have mainly worked in film and TV, but occasionally I also perform on stage. In 2018, Lee Elms hired me to play Jackie in the monologue “I Miss the War” in the production Queers at Leftfield Theatre. The British theatre is based in CPH and is lead by Lee.

The Teapot

In 2010, I was on tour in Shanghai with An Tu Sheng Theatre. We performed The Teapot as a stage play in the Danish Pavilion at Expo 2010. The Chinese people love HC Andersen. During the performance, we simultaneously narrated the fairy tale in both Danish and Mandarin. I had the pleasure of narrating the tale in Mandarin for a lot of Chinese kids.

From 1986 to 2003 roles on theaters throughout Denmark. I have played princesses, mothers, psychologists, bitches, femme fatales, maids etc. in plays by:
Brecht, Hauptmann, Weill, Fleischer, Lorca, Arrabal, Linnet, Strindberg, Madsen, Bruckner, Holm, Ravicchio, Tabori, Müller, Havel, Shakespeare, Moliere, Chekov, Holberg etc.
